Zip Code Enforcement
Zip code enforcement on all credit card and debit card transactions in the Utiltity Access and ePlace portals will begin on 9/1/26. This means all customers will have to ensure that their saved payment method or auto pay credit or debit card on file has a matching zip code to the billing zip code for the card to prevent failed transactions
